This hotel looks good on paper but I would be careful about booking. We had an early morning flight and wanted to go to sleep at 10pm. Unfortunate, we were given a room between 2 noisy families and we could easily hear the sound through the walls. When I spoke to reception about this, they had little empathy for us. The rooms are basic and clean but the beds and pillows are not comfortable.
Very comfortable beds, staff very friendly and accommodating with excellent English. Ok location for airport taxi but I don't think this would be a good area for the city, nearest transport connection was a 20 min walk and it's in the Scampia district. They have a fixed affiliate rate for taxis but we were charged 7 euro more by the driver which wasn't negotiable.
Nice hotel, breakfast is very simple, parking is free, we got to the hotel late and check in was very easy and fast. The receptionist Alicia greeted us in the morning and she was very helpful and helped us a lot and was very kind to us. Thank you, Alicia
Great stay at Hotel Europa. Neat and tidy rooms, great value. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great customer service by Dario, he is very polite and provided us support through out. Hotel also offers fixed taxi service fee to the metro stations. Bravo
The newly renovated room was nice and comfortable. Not too small but the mirrors around the room made the feeling that it was even larger.
The receptionist was extra nice and helpful, even though she had many responsibilities (including taking care of breakfast). The pastries are baked fresh on the spot.
The location is not the best, the taxi at the airport overcharged us because it is outside Napoli, and another taxi was needed to get to the nearest metro station.
I just spent 5 nights at this hotel. The room was clean, there was a free parking and the location is ideal if you drive. Special mention to Alicia who was very friendly and helped us with daily sightseeing trips. Recommend
This is a very good hotel, I recommend to everyone who want to visit Napoli. Staff is perfect and rooms also
Clean, quiet, nice, helpful staff, the only downside is the location. Somehow, it is far from midtown
